According to police, at 7:30 pm, on Sunday, November 16, 2014, a 38 year old male attended a residence on Roxborough Ave, in Fort Erie, where an argument took place between the male and two residents.

This escalated into an altercation, with the two residents repeatedly striking and discharging a conducted energy weapon upon the male victim. The victim attempted to escape from the assualt, but was held in the residence by the assailants, for a short period of time.

The victim escaped from the residence, then attended the Niagara Health System for treatment of a laceration to his head, and minor bruising to his body. Police were notified of this incident, and the victim was released after medical treatment.

Police have arrested Jennifer Pascale, 43 years, of Fort Erie, who is charged with: Assault With a Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, and Forcible Confinement. She was released under a Promise to Appear before the Court, and Officer in Charge Undertaking.

 

This matter is still under investigation, however, the second suspect has been identified and charges are pending.
