Police say a fourth person has now been charged in the murder investigation of 49 year old Alexander Fraser whose burned out car was found at Gonders Flats on the Niagara River Parkway in Fort Erie on Friday Dec 26, 2014.

On January 6, 2015, 25 year old Thomas Nagy of Niagara  Falls was arrested and charged with the alleged offence of the first degree murder of Alexander Fraser. Nagy was arrested without incident and will appear on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at 59 Church Street in St. Catharines for a bail hearing.

Previously,  on January 4, 2015, 20 year old Victoria Harvey, of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with the alleged offence of 1st Degree Murder and on January 5, 2015,  Brad MacGarvie, 25 and Duran Wilson, 29 years old both of Niagara Falls were arrested and charged with the alleged offence of the 1st Degree Murder of Alexander Fraser.
