Police say on January 8, 2015 they concluded an investigation into the sale of crystal meth in the area of the East Village in Port Colborne, Ontario.

Police arrested three parties who were involved in the transaction of the drug in a secluded parking lot on Highway 3 between Port Colborne and Fort Erie.

A subsequent Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant was then executed on a Mitchell Street apartment.

As a result of the investigation police seized a small amount of suspected crystal meth, approximately $475.00 in Canadian currency, and a large amount of stolen property.

Pieces of the property, which include bicylces, electronics, jewellery, and power tools are believed to be valued at over $5,000.00.  east village

– Bradley Jackson, a 27 year old resident of Port Colborne Ontario is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Stolen Property over $5,000, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, and Breach of Probation.

– Robert Gagne, a 26 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Stolen Property over $5,000, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, and 2 counts of Breach of Probation.

– Dylan Morin, a 23 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of stolen Property over $5,000.00, and breach of Recognizance.

– Ryan Chic, a 27 year old resident of Port Colborne is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance.

– Tyler Fenton, a 26 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

All of the arrested parties have been held in custody pending a bail hearing on Friday January 9, 2015.
