Bitterly cold arctic air is combining with light northerly winds to create wind chills of minus 30 to minus 35 this morning. Conditions will improve later this morning as temperatures rise.

A mix of sun and cloud. 60 percent chance of flurries early this morning. Wind up to 15 km/h. High minus 15. Wind chill minus 34 this morning. UV index 3 or moderate.
