The Niagara Regional Police P.A.V.I.S. Unit concluded a drug trafficking investigation on a Peer St. residence in the city of Niagara Falls and as a result of the investigation Police say they seized several packages of cocaine, $1700.00 in currency, a digital scale, and a cell phone.

Police have arrested and charged 54 year old Angelo Nagy of Niagara Falls with Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, Possession of schedule I substance, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.00, and failing to comply with  bail conditions X2.  This is the second arrest of Angelo Nagy for trafficking cocaine in a month and as a result police have siezed almost 50 grams of cocaine and close to $20,000 in cash. Also charged in this investigation is 30 year old Jennifer Forester of Niagara Falls.  Forester is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
