Today’s Ice Dog’s Game at the Meridian Centre had the puck dropped by a special guest…the brand new mascot of Crime Stoppers of Niagara appropriately named Tipster!

Claude Tremblay who is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Crime Stoppers Niagara commented that  “our mascot is a valuable addition to our efforts in telling our story here in Niagara. He will appeal to many ages and we’ll look to include him in various activities and events around the Niagara Region”

Tipster made his way out on to the ice this afternoon along with board members and the Ice Dog’s mascot Bones to an approving crowd.  Check out the video of his grand debut and remember it’s TIPS that help police solve crimes!!
