At $28 million dollars the Integral House is located in the Rosedale neighbourhood of Toronto is not only one of the most expensive properties for sale in the country but is considered one of the most important.

It was built by mathematician  James Stewart, whose calculus textbooks are found being used in many North American universities.

The property is 18,000 square feet of living space on five floors, featuring four bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a concert hall-like entertainment space for 150 people, complete with overlooking balconies in the centre area.

Architects Shim-Sutcliffe designed the property in 1999 and it was not completed until 2009.
