According to police, on May 26th 2015 at approximately 2pm members of the Niagara Regional Police Services #2 District Street Crime Unit arrested 3 persons inside a vehicle after Plain Clothes Detectives observed a drug transaction take place in a parking lot of a convenience store in Niagara Falls.  A subsequent search of the three revealed a large sum of money as well as over 8 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine with a street value of over $800.  All three were taken into custody and Detectives prepared a search warrant for one of the accused’s residence in Niagara Falls.

The search warrant was executed at 930pm.  Inside Detectives recovered 3 grams of crystal methamphetamine as well as a large quantity of cash.

Charged is 24yr old Jeremy DUPUIS-CORMIER of Niagara Falls
Possession of crystal methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Crime

Charged is 37yr old Nick GOODENOUGH of Niagara Falls
Possession of crystal methamphetamine

The third male was released after further investigation.  GOODENOUGH was released on an Undertaking and a future court date and DUPUIS-CORMIER was held pending a Bail Hearing on May 27th 2015.
