Families with children can sample the amazing experience of  TCAG (Thorold Community Activities Group) Summer Camp at a Demo Day this Saturday June 27, 10 am to 2 pm located at the Thorold Community Activities Group facility, 131 Richmond Street in Thorold.

Demo Day is an opportunity for families to see why Camp is a great place.  The free community event will have games, tours of the facility, prizes, as well as a meet and greet session with the Camp staff.

What to Expect at Camp?

“This year TCAG Camp will be taking nine field trips throughout the summer.  Each week has a different theme.  Each Friday has special activities related to that week’s theme. Some activities campers participate in during the day include craft, sports, games, swimming, special event activities,” said TCAG Interim Executive Director, Dan Pelletier.

As an early booking bonus, families can also take advantage of the TCAG Bonus Day promotion offering a gift with purchase.  When a patron books one full weekly Camp package by June 30 one free day for a friend is offered as a gift. The promotion limits one bonus per friend through the summer.

“Camp is a great place to develop skills, make new friends, and play.  We are providing high a quality recreational, cultural and educational programs and the Summer Camp is going to be a great place for the kids. Our Camp is an excellent value-packed program,” said Pelletier.
