During the early evening of Tuesday July 14th, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service were called to a disturbance at the Carriage House Motel, located at 8004 Lundy’s Lane in the City of Niagara Falls and the incident was investigated by members of the Niagara Falls Detective Office.

Police say, as a result,  several criminal charges being laid.  The accused male identified as 30 year old Justin ZADILSKY has been charged with the following offences:

Count #1- Assault Causing Bodily Harm contrary to section 267(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Count #2- Failing to Comply with Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Justin ZADILSKY was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing and was later released from custody pending a future court appearance.
