Here’s what you need:
Ice Block pop molds
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1 cup Water
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Mix yogurt and water together in mixing bowl
Add a few blueberries to the inside of each of the ice pop molds
Top up each mold with the yogurt water mixture
Put tops on molds
Freeze for several hours until frozen solid
