According to police, since October 2015, members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit began an investigation into a male suspected to be involved in the sale of crack cocaine in the City of St.Catharines.

 

During the month of November, Police began to monitor the movements of this suspected mobile drug dealer.

As a result of the investigation, on November 10th 2015, police arrested a 41 year old St.Catharines male for drug trafficking. Police located a large amount of Canadian currency and a quantity of drugs during the arrest.

Police then executed a search warrant at his residence where they arrested two other St.Catharines residents.
As a result of the arrest and search warrant, Police seized a large quantity of crack cocaine, Canadian, American Currency and stolen property. The estimated street value of the drugs seized was $13,200 and currency seized was $6,900.

Charged is 41year old Garfield Swaby of St.Catharines:

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 x2
Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 x 2

 

Charged is 38 year old Ricardo Palmer of St.Catharines:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking x 2
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 x2
Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 x 2

 

Charged is 33 year old Oneil Baker of St.Catharines:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 x2
Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000 x

 

All three parties were held pending their morning bail hearing which is scheduled for November 11th 2015.
