Since August 2015 members of the Niagara Regional Police, Special Investigative Services- Morality Unit with the assistance of the P.A.V.I.S. Unit conducted an investigation into drug trafficking in the City of Niagara Falls.

 

At the conclusion of the investigation, Police say they were were granted judicial authorization to search three residences; two in Niagara Falls and one in St.Catharines.

On Wednesday November 18, 2015 with the assistance of #1 and #2 District Street Crime units all three search warrants were executed. In total 6 persons were taken into custody.

Seized as evidence from the searches were quantities of cocaine, marijuana, psilocybin (magic mushrooms) crystal methamphetamine, MDMA, currency as proceeds of crime and nearly three hundred marihuana plants as part of a growing operation

Police say the following individuals are charged;

Michael MAGEE 29 years old of Niagara Falls is charged with:
One count of Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking
One count of Possession of Psilocybin for the Purpose of Trafficking
One count of Possession of MDMA
One count of Possession of Methamphetamine
One count of Possession of Cocaine
One count of Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

 

Julian SNIEGOCKI 29 years old of Niagara Falls is charged with:
One count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking
One count of Producing a Schedule II substance (Marijuana)

 

Maria SNIEGOCKI 56 years old of Niagara Falls is charged with:
One count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking
One count of Producing a Schedule II substance (Marijuana)

 

Peter SNIEGOCKI 24 years old of Niagara Falls is charged with:
One count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purposes of Trafficking
One count of Producing a Schedule II substance (Marijuana)
One count of Failing to Comply with the terms of his release order

 

Derek COENJARTS 51 years of St.Catharines is charged with: One count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
One count of Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

 

Caroline DEJONG 46 years old of St.Catharines is charged with:
One count of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
One count of Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

 

Each arrested party was taken into custody and provided with a future court date to answer to these charges.

In total police seized over $50,000 in potential street value of controlled substances and 294 marijuana plants.
