As a result of the on-going Robbery investigation, police have obtained and attached a photograph of the suspect.

Suspect
ORIGINAL REPORT:
On Monday February 1, 2016 at approximately 9:40 a.m. members of the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the IDA Pharmacy located at 3700 Main Street, in Chippawa to investigate a robbery that had just occurred.

Police say an investigation revealed that a lone male had entered the pharmacy while armed with a weapon and demanded narcotics.  After receiving a quantity of narcotics the suspect fled on foot toward the area of Willoughby Drive and Welland Street.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’8″ tall, approximately 160lbs.  The suspect was wearing a grey hooded sweat shirt, light coloured pants and a black ski mask during the robbery.

Anyone with information and specifically residents or business owners in the area of Niagara Street, Main Street, Willoughby Drive, Oliver Street and Gunning Drive that possess video surveillance systems are requested to contact the #2 District Detective Office at 905-688-4111 ext: 2200.
