Police say, in the month of April 2016 the Niagara Regional Police Morality Unit conducted an investigation into the trafficking of Fentanyl in the city of Niagara Falls.

 

Police seized fentanyl patches, Hydromorphone pills, cannabis resin, cocaine, $1800.00 in currency.The total street value of the drugs seized in this investigation is $4710.00.As a result of the investigation three individuals have been arrested and charged.

Charged is Andrew Deweese 30 years old.  He is charged with Possession of Fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking fentanyl, possession of hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine, possession of proceeds of crime, and failing to comply with bail conditions X2.

Joshua Kovacs is charged with possession of fentanyl and breaching probation.

Katelyn Cosco is charged with possession of fentanyl.
