Motorists who use the Burgoyne Bridge may want to find some alternate routes beginning this morning because the Region says there will be intermittent full bridge closures for vehicular traffic are required in order to temporarily jack and record loads for the new bridge. 



The Region’s Commissioner of Public Works Ron Tripp, says there will be two or three closures per day beginning on Monday June 6th and lasting until Friday June 17th. The full closures will last between 5 and 10 minutes between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:00 pm.
