Happy Canada Day!  Canada Day is the national day of Canada, a federal statutory holiday celebrating the anniversary of the July 1, 1867, enactment of the Constitution Act, 1867 (then called the British North America Act, 1867), which united three colonies into a single country, Canada within the British Empire.  To help you celebrate this day there is a lot going on in the region so let’s take a look…

The opening ceremonies begin with the town crier, greetings from local dignitaries, O Canada sung by Melissa Shriner and Fort Erie Native Drummers
