Police say, on Tuesday July 12th 2016 at approx. 12:30am, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the Petro Canada gas station at the corner of Niagara Street and Vine Street in response to a robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival, police learned that three male suspects entered the store, two armed with weapons and confronted the lone male clerk. The males were wearing masks and dark clothing and left the store with a quantity of merchandise before police attended the area. The clerk sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention.

 

The first suspect was believed to be a 6′ black male with a skinny build, wearing dark shorts, a black hoodie and a backpack.  The second suspect was described as a 5’8″white male, with a medium build wearing a black t-shirt with white lettering on the front, blue jeans and dark running shoes.

The third suspect was described as a 6′ white male, with a skinny build, wearing a black long sleeved shirt and black pants. The second and third suspects were both wearing winter hats pulled over their face with eye holes cut out. They were last seen running north on Vine Street.
