Local residents can get a sneak peak tonight at plans for the old Prudhommes Landing property.  Here’s a reminder first of how it was… (The following pictures were taken by niagarabuzz contributor Trish Cassling and originally published last year as the property was at that time).

The 32-hectare (80-acre) property owned for decades by Ken Fowler Enterprises was purchased by FBH Ontario in June and will have a new lease on life.  Part of that is tonight’s OPEN HOUSE from 4- 7 pm at the Fleming Centre in Beamsville (5020 Serena Dr, Beamsville, ON). where urban designer Ken Greenberg will highlight some of the possible opportunites for development at the site. It is considered one of the last signficant pieces of developable land on the shore of Lake Ontario and we are excited to see what the future has in store!
