Banks
Public Library branches
Schools
Child care centres
Post offices
Regional Transit will not be operating but St. Catharines transit will be operating on a holiday schedule.
There will also be no change to garbage collection for the holiday.
While malls are closed throughout the region, the outlets in Niagara On The Lake and Niagara Falls are both open today.
