Police say, on February 14th 2017 at 855pm Niagara Falls Street Crime Detectives arrested a couple for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking as they left their residence. Detectives had observed days of suspected mobile drug transactions throughout Niagara Falls by the couple. A Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was prepared and authorized by a Justice.
Detectives then attended the Niagara Falls home and executed the search warrant. A search of the residence uncovered a street value of over $77,000 worth of drugs. Detectives located $37,000 worth of cocaine, $34,000 worth of Heroin and $6,400 of marihuana. A large amount of cash was also recovered.
Charged is 28yr old Geol SPENCER of Niagara Falls.
