Upper Vista Luxury Condominiums, overlooking the 18th hole at Thundering Waters Golf Club in Niagara Falls is the highly anticipated $100 million dollar, ten- storey condo project that is officially breaking ground Wednesday July 12, 2017.

The 150 unit building that was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Fallingwater” aims to be a vital part of the community and its urban revitalization as the red hot real estate market of Niagara Falls continues to gain momentum.

Upper Vista Luxury Condos will feature many upscale lifestyle amenities including polished, classic finishes with a contemporary twist, a 24 hour concierge, indoor pool and gym, party room and superiorly landscaped grounds and future residents are promised to enjoy the experience of “vacation living.”

Besides the beauty of the structure itself, its desirable locale gains its residents easy access to many amenities of the area including world class wineries, casinos, golfing, international border crossings, an airport, beaches, waterfronts, health care facilities and of course the natural wonder of Niagara Falls itself.

The developer behind the project is Ted Zhou, President of Evertrust Development Group Canada Inc. Zhou said that he was originally going to build a luxury condo in the Greater Toronto Area, but the tremendous opportunity and location in Niagara Falls changed his mind. Zhou said “It’s no wonder we have already sold 90 % of the condos before breaking ground. I am very excited to start this project and I look forward to developing more luxury lifestyle living in Niagara.”
