The Annual Great Holiday Food Drive is ready to take over the front lawn of St. Catharines City Hall at 50 Church St, St Catharines on Friday Dec.8th in support of Community Care St. Catharines and Thorold.

Between 5:30am to 6pm, they’re trying to “Stuff a Bus” with non-perishable items and cash donations to assist those less fortunate in our community.   The cost of feeding a family continues to go up and this is a great way to help those trying to make ends meet this holiday season.

The drive through donation area for the event is mapped out below:

If the City Hall location is not convenient, there will also be collections happening Zehrs Markets at the Pen Centre.

Other events on the go for the day include the 1st Annual Reindeer Games being held at the Great Holiday Food Drive St. Catharines City Hall location starting at 10:30 am.

The event encourages business teamsto sign up  from to 2-4 members to compete for the 2017 Reindeer Games Championship Trophy.

Teams will participate in the Ho-Ho-Ho-liday Hunt,  a scavenger hunt in downtown St. Catharines ….hint –hint  “No picture, no proof”..
