Look at those big brown eyes!  Main picture is Fred a Red Tick Coonhound who would love a new home.  He is patiently waiting at the Niagara Falls Humane Society now.

Write down what you want. Put it on paper, and do it. Get it done! Do it the right way and do it with integrity and honour. Make those around you proud. This is the formula for success – discipline and consistency. Nothing comes easy. The weight loss pills are a sham and bank on the fact of you wanting to cheat to lose the weight. Eat whole foods. Eat more veggies and less sugar, less carbs and processed foods. Sleep enough. Drink enough water. Move your body. Do the work. This isn’t new information. We all know what it takes to attain greatness. The rest will take care of itself and transform you over time into the person you always wished you were. The person you can be!

We invest so much into the health of our pets. We need to invest in ourselves too so that we can live a longer, more enjoyable life. Nobody wakes up hoping to have aches and pains, to need 3 coffees to get to work, to mull through the day as quickly as possible to sit on the couch all night behind the TV. That’s not fulfilling, yet so many people do it. We need to re-evaluate and figure out what our “why” is – then write down our goals to get there. When our pets are sick or injured, we are able to stick to a plan for them, so we should be able to do the same for ourselves. The world is dark – stand up and shine your light into the world and make an impact.

fred2

Fred (above) requires a fully fenced in yard, and a forever home with no small animals. Fred is crate trained and he knows his basic commands. Fred is likely to do best where he is the only pet in the home. He needs a strong, assertive pet parent. The adopter will need to be aware that Fred does have food and toy aggression. Fred is very smart so would benefit from a training program. Fred weighs 78 pounds. A special adoption fee of $150 applies for Fred.

teigan

Teigen (above) knows her basic commands and is a very sweet girl. She loves to play with tennis balls. She is a German Shepherd/Mastiff mix.

When you write things down and you do them, you change, you transform. Accomplishing things makes us more confident. It gives us new and interesting things to talk about. It draws people to us. It opens new doors with new opportunities. I haven’t met a person on this planet who doesn’t want to be interesting and have people look up to them. I haven’t met a person who is happy with themselves when they are fat, sick and nearly dead. That’s a vice. Who wants a vice? This is your breakout year! Be a pillar of light in the world. Be great! Be the hero! Write your own story the way you want it to be written. You create it. Get outside, meet new people, come volunteer at the Shelter and share your stories. Don’t let other’s put you down. Be the person who pulls others up. Be the person who inspires and changes lives. Be the light in the areas where light couldn’t otherwise exist.
