Since February 2019, members of the St.Catharines Street Crime Unit, The Guns, Gangs and Grows Unit, and the Morality Unit conducted a joint investigation into suspected drug dealers in the region.

 

As a result of the investigation, several suspicious activites were seen by Police being done by a male and female and on Thursday March 14th, 2019 Police were granted judicial authorization to enter and search a residence on Waters Avenue Niagara Falls.

Early in the evening, Police followed the female to Beamsville where she was seen conducting a suspected drug transaction and stopped her on the QEW Niagara Falls bound near Glendale Avenue, where she was arrested.

Police found 265 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 16 grams of cocaine and 8 grams of fentanyl. The estimated street value of the drugs were approximately $30,000.00. At approximately 6:30 pm the search warrant was executed where the male was arrested.

Charged with 3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking was 35-year-old Krisa Graham and 50-year-old John Carriero, Carriero was also charged with 3 counts of breaching a release order.

Both Graham and Carriero will be attending a bail hearing on March 15th, 2019 at the St. Catharines courthouse.
