****UPDATE****Police say they have located the missing children and reunited them with their father. Julia Martinovs has been taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing. An officer located the vehicle parked at a Motel in the City of Niagara Falls, which led to the whereabouts of the children.
ORIGINAL REPORT********According to police on Friday December 12th, 2014 two young female children were abducted from their grandmother’s residence. They were abducted by their mother, JULIA MARTINOVS 29 years, who does not have custody of the children. JULIA left with the children in a silver Ford Edge SUV with an Ontario licence plate of BTEZ798. The children are Ekaterina MARTINOVS and Anastasia MARTINOVS. They are described as the following;EKATERINA white 5 year old female, approximately 4′ tall, skinny, straight long brown hair passed shoulder, brown eyes, gold stud earrings, and wearing a purple winter jacket, brown leather hat with fur, pink snow pants, white leather boots, purple knitted cardigan sweater with buttons on front and skirt.ANASTASIA white 3 year old female, 3.5′ tall, chubby build, light brown/blonde short curly hair, brown eyes, small scar on left eyebrow, gold stud earrings, pink winter coat, pink snow pants, brown leather hat with fur, white boots with panda bear on them, knitted pink sweater, blue jeans.
