According to police, in the late summer of 2015 members of the Welland Street Crime Unit began an investigation into the sale of crysal methamphetamine in the City of Port Colborne, Ontario.  On Thursday October 1, 2015 a Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant was conducted on a West Street apartment.  As a result of this warrant police seized suspected crystal methamphetamines valued at approximately $14,775.00, suspected Ecstasy (MDMA) pills valued at $290.00, suspected Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) valued at $100.00, marihuana valued at $280.00, numerous knives, baseball bats, axes, a prohibited weapon, and $5652.00 in Canadian currency. 

Robert Adams, a 39 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario, is charged with :3 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the  Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000.00, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, and Weapons Dangerous.

Marla White, a 46 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario is charged with3 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the  Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00

Donald Catchpaw, a 41 year old resident of Port Colborne, Ontario is charged with 3 Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the  Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00

All three parties will be held in custody pending a bail hearing on Friday October 2, 2015.
