Police say, on Wednesday January 13th, 2016 at approximately 4:14 P.M., members of the Niagara Regional Police Service were dispatched to a Niagara Falls residence for reports of a disturbance. Once on scene, police learned that two suspects had pushed their way into the residence and assaulted the homeowner with weapons. After a brief struggle, the suspects fled the residence.

The male suspects are described as the following;
1) male, white, late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 6’1″, skinny with a slight muscular build, blonde “patchy” beard, short blond hair with darker roots. Possibly tattoos on right side of his neck. He was wearing a dark hoody with dark pants and black boots.
2) male, white, late 20’s or early 30’s, approximately 5’8″, skinny, clean shaven, dark short hair, beige “timberland style” boots.
*Both of the males spoke with deep voices and barely opened their mouths when speaking to the victim. Also, one of the males had a tattoo on the top of one of their hands, unsure which hand or which male.

The male suspects fled on foot and it is unknown if they had a vehicle. This matter continues to be investigated by members of the Casino Patrol Unit, Detective office.

According to police, on Wednesday January 13th, 2016 investigators from the Casino Detective Office entered into an investigation of a Break and Enter with a robbery to a residence in the area of Main Street and Ferry Street in the City of Niagara Falls. As a result detectives identified the two males responsible for the violent robbery.

On Tuesday February 16th, 2016 judicial authorization was granted to enter and search the residences of the two males. As a result, thirty one (31) year old Adam Knight of St. Catharines was arrested and charged with Break and Enter – Commit Robbery and Utter Death Threats. Knight was transported to Central Cells and later released from custody by way of a Promise to Appear by an Officer in Charge (OIC/PTA) with a future court date.

A warrant is currently being sought for the arrest of the second male in relation to the Break and Enter – Commit Robbery and Uttering Death Threats. The outstanding male has been identified as thirty one (31) year Joshua Rosloski from St. Catharines.
