On Tuesday November 29th 2016, Niagara Regional Police were called to a residence in Welland to investigate a possible break and enter in progress. Police say they attended the area and located a suspect, who was placed under arrest.

 

As a result of the investigation, it was learned that the suspect was in possession of stolen property and responsible for several daytime break and enters in the Welland area over the past few weeks.

Arron Doucette (33 years old) of Welland is charged with the following allegations:

– Break and enter (x4)

– Attempt to Commit Indictable Offence

– Possession of Property obtained by Crime under $5000

– Possession of Stolen Credit Card

– Fraud under $5000

– Breach of Probation (x6)

Arron Doucette is being held in police custody and is scheduled for a Bail Hearing on November 30th 2016 in the City of St Catharines.
