Prices continue to remain strong in the niagara housing market and the statistics are out that put a spotlight on a comparison of sales in 2016 and 2017.

Next up, total sales, average sales price and average days on market in 2016 and 2017.


Bottom line is that although sales prices continue to rise and the average number of days on the market is down, the number of sales overall has declined.

Still,  a strong showing for real estate investment in the region.
