Easter weekend in niagara will see its share of Easter Egg hunts for the kids.  Here is a list to check out:

 

Friday March 30, 2018 (Good Friday)

The Stamford Volunteer Association’s Easter Egg Hunt, Fireman’s Park at 11 am.

Fort Erie Easter Egg Hunt , at Ball Park on Ott Road starting at 11 am.

West Lincoln Easter Egg Hunt, at 10:15 am at Leisureplex Township Park.

Saturday March 31, 2018

In St. Catharines the 31st annual Easter Egg Hunt  at Jaycee Park starts at 9:30.

In St. Catharines also,  Burgoyne Woods Park, 70 Edgedale Rd, Registration 10am, Hunt begins at 11am

In Thorold, an Easter Egg Hunt plus breakfast starts at 9 am at the Port Robinson Community Centre.

In Welland, X Studio Easter Art Hunt, A free event, open to all ages. Plastic eggs, labeled “BLX” will be hidden around downtown Welland. Inside the eggs is a slip of paper with a number. When someone finds an egg, all they have to do is bring it to the BLX store at the Seaway Mall to collect a piece of local art. One egg per person only.

In Port Colborne, families are invited to an Easter Eggstravaganza at the Vale Health and Wellness Centre with the Easter Egg Hunt getting underway at 11 am.

In Pelham at the Pelham Arena starting at 11 am, an Easter Egg Hunt and activities.

The Town of Lincoln Museum & Cultural Centre has an Easter scavenger hunt from 1- 4:00 pm.

In Ridgeway  at Ridgeway Village Square another Easter Egg Hunt starting at 10 am.

The Niagara Nursery School and Child Care Centre is welcoming families to its annual Bunny Trail celebration, held in conjunction each year with the Kinsmen Club’s Easter egg hunt, on Saturday, March 31 at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre startin at 10 am.

Beamsville Annual Easter Egg Hunt, 9:30 am, Beamsville Lions Club, 5100 Fly Rd, Beamsville.  Bicycle awarded to finder of the special egg for each age group except 0 to 3 where another prize will be awarded.

Other Stuff

This year Heartland Forest will be offering a self-guided Easter Scavenger Hunt! From March 23rd to April 3rd families are welcome to pick up a scavenger hunt in the Nature Centre or from the Heartland Forest website. You can complete this fun activity by finding the bunnies hidden around the property. Once complete you can bring your finished scavenger hunt to the Nature Center during operating hours or email your entry to specialevents@heartlandforest.org.
