Niagara Regional Police say they are investigating a stabbing incident in St. Catharines.

On March 30, 2025, at 4:28am, officers responded to reports of a stabbing at an address on Niagara Street between Church Street and Welland Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers located a male victim who was suffering from serious life-threatening stab wounds.  Niagara Emergency Medical Service (NEMS) paramedics attended the scene and subsequently transported the victim to a medical facility.

As a result of continued efforts, detectives identified a male suspect responsible for the offence of Attempt Murder.

Rohan CHANDLER (30 years) of no fixed abode is wanted for the following criminal offence:

  • Attempt to Commit Murder
