About the Author Sandra Noe

Sandra Noe is a graduate of one of Canada's first aesthetics college - Gina's College in Waterloo, Ontario. Since her certification as an aesthetician in 1983 Sandra has gone on to certify as a Permanent Makeup Technician and received her diploma with CIDESCO, recognized as the world standard for spa and beauty therapists. In 2012 she returned to Niagara Falls
