It was a day of ceremony and celebration in Niagara Falls as the Upper Vista Luxury Condominiums on the 18th officially broke ground at Thundering Waters Golf Club.

On hand for the festivities were many local officials including Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati who presented Evertrust Development Group Canada Inc., President Ted Zhou a certificate from the city that he said signified “the city’s commitment to you, our commitment to your project and the beginning of many more great things to come!”

After the official groundbreaking ceremony at the site and speeches, a lavish reception followed for hundreds of guests for the highly anticipated $100 million dollar 150 unit condo project that was originally inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Fallingwater”, a home designed in 1935 that features cascading water.

Future Upper Vista residents will not only enjoy luxury, “vacation-style” living but will be situated in a  desirable locale giving them access to many amenities of the area including world class wineries, casinos, golfing, international border crossings, an airport, beaches, waterfronts, health care facilities and of course the natural wonder of Niagara Falls itself.

As the real estate market of niagara continues to see momentum, local realtors are calling Zhou a “pioneer” in the Upper Vista venture as it represents a new kind of condominium in the market that is not only a dwelling, but represents a lifestyle.

Here is a preview of what Upper Vista is all about…

Folks seem to like what they see as the building is already 90 percent sold out.  For more information please visit: uppervistacondos.com
