Niagara Regional Police say detectives are investigating a death in Niagara Falls.
On April 1, 2024, at approximately 6:00 pm, officers attended the area of Centre Street and Ellen Avenue in Niagara Falls in response to a male in crisis.
Officers and medical services attended the scene and located a vehicle on fire and the male with injuries. The male was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
There is no criminality as a result of the investigation.

Out of respect for next of kin the identity of the male is not being released.
