Last night around 7:18 p.m., members of the Niagara Regional Police Service say they attended the Tom’s Pharmacy located at 366 Bunting Road in the City of St. Catharines in response to a robbery that had just occurred.

Upon arrival, police were advised that a lone male entered the store, armed with a weapon, and demanded narcotics. The suspect fled prior to police arrival with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication and was last seen entering a four door grey vehicle parked on Berkley Drive. The vehicle was last observed travelling east on Berkley Drive then north on Dorchester Boulevard.

The suspect was described as a male, approximately thirty (30) years of age, possibly First Nations, approximately 5’9″ tall, having a pock-marked complexion, clean shaven, wearing a white baseball hat, black hoodie with a red shirt underneath and dark pants.

Investigators are requesting anyone with information to contact the 1 District Detective Office at 905-688-4111 ext. 4358.
