Niagara Regional Police say they have made two arrests after they responded to a stabbing incident on Wednesday at approximately 10:11pm in the area of East Main Street and Stevensville Road in Fort Erie.

 

Investigation revealed that a 39 year old male was in his garage with a 41 year old male and a 44 year old male when the three males got into a physical altercation. As a result, the 39 year old male was stabbed by the other two males.

Officers arrived on scene and as a result of the investigation, located both suspects.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Adam Farago (41 years old), of Niagara Falls, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault.  Farago was held in custody, pending a bail hearing that is expected to take place on March 11, 2021.

James Jacobs (44 years old), of Fort Erie, was arrested and also charged with Aggravated Assault.  Jacobs was held in custody pending a bail hearing that is expected to take place on March 11, 2021.
