At approximately 9:00 PM, 4 January 2015, police entered into a missing person investigation involving 13 year old Zachary Kent who was last seen at his Windward St address, located near Carlton St and Bunting Rd, St Catharines.
He has now been located and is safe with family. The Niagara Regional Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.
