Niagara Regional Police say they are are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Renee Ramadeen, 15 years old.  She has been missing from her Poth Street residence since May, 13, 2015.

Ramadeen is described as being dark skinned, approximately 5’3″ and 120 pounds. She has long brown hair, and a thin build.  On May 14, 2015, at about 6:00 pm, she was seen in a newer Silver four door vehicle in the area of Riverside Drive in Welland.

She is believed to be in the company of a male, who has yet to be identified.  He is described as being approximately 6’2″, with a thin build and appears to be of East Indian descent.

It appears she left on her own volition, and has not been subject to any duress.   Police, however wish to ensure her welfare is not a concern.

UPDATE:

During the course of the investigation into the whereabouts of Ramadeen, Police have been made aware of an incident that occurred on May 14, 2015.  At approximately 3:45PM in the area of East Main St and River Rd in the City of Welland two 15 year old girls were approached by a male driving a silver car.  The girls spoke briefly with the male and walked away.  The male was not known to either girl.

That male is described as:

– East Indian
– 23-24 years, 6’2″
– skinny,
– short dark hair
– chin strap with goatee
– diamond stud in each ear
– White t-shirt, black pants and Rayban sunglasses.

The identity of the male(s) in both incidents remains unknown.

The investigation is ongoing into both incidents.

Ramadeen may also use the last name of Miller.

The Niagara Regional Police are concerned for the welfare of Ramadeen.
