FOUND

Police are requesting the Public’s assistance in locating the following two girls who are missing. Missing female youths, suspected of heading to Niagara Falls, to be located.

Missing from: Mutual Support Group Home, Town of Pelham, on May 24, 2015, at 3:30 PM.

#1: HIGGINS, Tiffany 99-MAY-17 (Pictured on left): described as a 16 year old female, white,  short brown hair, with pink highlights. She does not have any known scars, marks, tattoo’s, or piercings. She is approximately 5’10” in height, medium build, weighing approximately 160 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white “crop top” shirt (showing stomach), and dark grey leggings. She was carrying a rainbow colored, leopard print, backpack, believed to be packed with clothing.

#2: MICHALSKI-HOULE, Cydney 01-FEB-23 (Pictured on right): described as a 14 year old female, white, with wavy, light brown, shoulder length hair. She does not have any known scars, marks, or tattoo’s. She has piercings in both ears. She is approximately 5’2″ in height, thin build, weighing approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing short black shorts, and a white see through crochet style tank top, over a bright neon green tank top. She was carrying a large white purse with black polka dots.

It is believed both females are together and either in the City of Welland, or Niagara Falls.

On May 10, 2015, they were reported as missing and were located on Hwy 20, hitch-hiking to Niagara Falls.
