UPDATE:

Police say that the outstanding male (Seth TUSTIN) wanted in this investigation has turned himself in to police and will be held for a bail hearing.

 

Original Release:

According to police, on Thursday August 13, 2015, at 6:29 p.m., Uniformed members of the Niagara Regional Police Service along with Niagara EMS responded to a reported stabbing that occurred in the area of Dunn Street and Drummond Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

On arrival, police discovered that a male victim had sustained a non-life threatening injury during an altercation that occurred at this location.  The victim was transported to a local hospital by EMS and is reported to be in stable condition.

As a result of the timely response to this incident by members of the Niagara Regional Police Service, two 19 year old males identified as Dylan ACKERS and Josue HERNANDEZ were arrested and charged with one count each of Aggravated Assault.

A third male identified as 20 year old Seth TUSTIN is currently being sought by police and is “WANTED” for Aggravated Assault.

The Niagara Regional Police Service is requesting that anyone knowing the current location of Seth TUSTIN to call Police or Crimestoppers.
