According to police, on Sunday August 30th 2015, Niagara Regional Police responded to an alarm at Lakeshore Catholic High School in the City of Port Colborne. Upon arrival, a suspect was observed fleeing the scene after breaking into the school. After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was located and arrested without incident. Approximately $3300 worth of stolen property was recovered as a result of the arrest.
Charged with Break and Enter is 21 year old Kevin MCLELLAN of Port Colborne. He is being held in custody and is scheduled for a Bail Hearing in the City of St. Catharines on August 31st 2015.
