Police say, on Sunday November 10th 2015, Uniform Officers in St. Catharines responded to an intrusion alarm at Smokers Paradise, 85 Niagara Street St. Catharines.Upon arrival officers observed that the front door to the store had been damaged and entry had been gained.  Police located a male exiting the store, with numerous items in hand, and was subsequently arrested.

Mitchell JARVIS, 27 years old, of an address in Gravenhurst was arrested and charged with one count of Break and Enter Commit Theft under $5000.

The property recovered was valued at approximately $3,700.

JARVIS would be held in custody pending a Bail Hearing that will take place at 59 Church Street, St. Catharines.
