This year marks the 13th annual Niagara Greek Festival, an event that routinely sees over 15,000 come through the gates to experience the sights sounds and tastes of Greece, here in our own back yard.

The event runs through until Sept. 3. and it’s a great chance to sample a little bit of everything and enjoy some great Greek cuisine.  Excellent live Greek music, dance troupes and the Greek Community of Niagara Dancers, featuring the Niagara Hellenic Dance Troupe are some of the highlights. Other attractions include a kids’ zone, a marketplace, and the popular Niagara Greek Festival raffle returns, with a grand prize of $ 5,000 up for grabs as well as secondary prizes including a 60-inch TV, diamond ring, $2,500 travel voucher and more.
