On Wednesday, March 20th, 2019 at approximately 11:00 p.m. the Niagara Regional Police Service, Niagara Emergency Medical Services and the Stevensville Fire Service say they responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Ott Road north of Bertie Street in Fort Erie.
Initial investigation revealed that a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was being driven northbound on Ott Road by a 32-year-old Stevensville man. The driver left the roadway, entered the ditch and collided with a culvert. The male was transported to ECMC Hospital in Buffalo here was pronounced dead.
This collision remains under investigation by the Coroner’s Office and Detectives of the Niagara Regional Police Services Collision Reconstruction Unit.
