On June 14, 2015, at approximately 5:15 am, the Niagara Regional Police, Niagara Falls Fire Department and Niagara Falls EMS were dispatched to an apartment fire at 4422 Huron Street in the city of Niagara Falls.

The building was quickly evacuated where the fire was contained to one apartment. The Niagara Regional Housing attended and provided assistance for the occupants who had been removed from their apartments.

 

There were no injuries as a result of the fire and it is still under investigation although it does not appear to be suspicious.

The damage to the building is estimated to be between $50,000 to $75,000.
