A tragic accident in West Lincoln late yesterday afternoon involving an ATV.
The Niagara Regional Police say they were called to the area of Range Road 1 and South Grimsby Road just before six pm last evening where an ATV carrying two riders collided with a pick-up truck.
One male rider was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision while another 23 year old male was transported to an out of town hospital for treatment of injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured in the collision.
Police have not laid any charges at this time.
