Attention Photographers! Why not spend a great night out and learn some new tricks from acclaimed photographer Robert Nowell.
Nowell has been a professional photographer for 32 years and has photographed celebrities such as Phil Collins, Daryl Hall and broadway star Louise Pitre. He is currently the Past Chair of PPOC-Ontario and is a professor of photography at Mohawk College in the Creative Photography, Still & Motion program.
He is one of the content creators at Sprouting Photographer and is a co-host for the Sprouting Photographer Podcasts. He is nationally accredited by the Professional Photographers of Canada in Weddings, Studio Portraiture and General Portraiture.
This year Robert was awarded 2014 Platinum Winner, Best Photographer by Niagara This Week Readers Selection and 2014 Best Photographer by the St. Catharines Standard Reader’s Choice Awards.
His philosophy “Sometimes a teacher, always a student” and a desire to inspire others brings him to the Wesley United Church, 244 First Avenue in Welland this Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 7:30 pm. to talk specifically about Portrait Photography.
