Featured Art in Picture: Shu-Chen is a full time ceramic artist, originally from Taiwan. Her award winning Raku vessels has been exhibited in galleries and juried shows, including The Toronto outdoor art exhibition.

It’s Mother’s Day weekend and a great local option is to treat mom to a day of art!

Now in its 29th year, the Pelham Art Festival is the premiere spring art exhibition in Southern Ontario. Over 70 juried artists exhibit artworks ranging from original paintings in oil, acrylic, encaustic, pastel, pottery, ceramic, raku, woodturning, glass and jewellery. There is something for every taste and every budget (maybe let mom pick her own gift this year?) Pictured Below: A work by Kathleen Thorson a painter living in Port Colborne Ontario.
