A 55-year-old St. Catharines man has died from injuries he received last month in a crash at the intersection of  Bunting Rd. and Welland Avenue as confirmed to police today by Hamilton Health Sciences General Hospital site where he was being cared for.

According to police on April 20 an afternoon traffic collision at the intersection mentioned involving a PT Cruiser and a Daewoo occurred when the 45-year-old driver of the PT Cruiser was travelling north on Bunting Rd. and stopped at the intersection to make a left turn.  The traffic lights changed and the  Daewoo which was going south on Bunting entered the intersection and collided with the PT Cruiser resulting in the Daewoo continuing south and hitting a traffic pole.
